Job description:

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and being rewarded for your performance? Mike Messer's newly acquired Allstate Agency is growing and looking for a Licensed Sales Producer to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established insurance agency backed by a $4.5 million book of business with an impressive 85.5% retention rate. With significant marketing campaigns launching this summer—including direct mail campaigns, targeted motorcycle owner marketing, geofencing, and social media advertising—you'll have the support and lead generation needed to help drive your success.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Starting at $40,000 annually (flexible based on experience)
  • Monthly commission opportunities based on goal attainment
  • One week of PTO after 6 months
  • Two weeks of PTO after 1 year
  • Health insurance benefits under review for implementation later this year
  • Remote work opportunities available for qualified Tennessee-based candidates


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for additional coverage
  • Quote, bind, and service personal lines insurance products
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Follow up on agency-generated leads and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while growing the agency's client base


Qualifications:

  • Active Tennessee Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
  • Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred
  • Allstate experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales culture
