You review blueprints and wiring diagrams with the general contractor, verify utilities, anchor and level equipment, make the critical electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation connections to code, and commission each machine. Before you leave, you test performance, train staff on safe operation and basic maintenance, complete installation documentation, inspection checklists, and warranty registration, and communicate any top-level escalations to your Manager. Then it’s on to the next site, tools organized and parts inventory ready.

  • Level and anchor machines to floors and walls to meet safety and performance requirements.
  • Test and troubleshoot installations prior to customer handoff.
  • Coordinate job site logistics with general contractors, facility managers, and utility trades.
  • Train end users and facility teams on operation and basic maintenance.
