Position Overview

Aligning Core Solutions Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to join our team in a remote full-time position. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to inform individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with the latest best practices in mental health care.
• Facilitate individual and, depending on expertise, potential family, marriage, or group counseling sessions, tailoring interventions to meet distinct client needs.
• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to accurately determining treatment requirements and track client progress over time.
• Engage in collaborative case management, working closely with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and ensure holistic care.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies, maintaining accurate records for continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to collaborative case discussions and sharing insights for holistic approaches to client care.
• Stay current on developments in the mental health field to provide innovative and effective therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and their families, providing support for various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree with valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW) is a prerequisite.
• Strong foundational knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and methodologies tailored to individual and group therapy settings.
• A proactive approach to engage and communicate effectively with clients and their families, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all dealings concerning client information and case management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, particularly with individuals affected by behavioral health challenges, co-occurring disorders, and substance abuse treatment.
• Experience with family systems theory and practices, enabling a deeper understanding of client dynamics and intervention efficacy.
• Clinical proficiency in individual and group therapy techniques designed to facilitate healing and growth.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
