Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, using various therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments that inform treatment strategies and set measurable goals in collaboration with clients.
  • Regularly document progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in a timely manner, aligning with organizational policies.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote healing and connection among participants.
  • Establish and follow through on aftercare plans, ensuring effective support upon client discharge from therapy.
  • Maintain proactive communication with family members, outside clinicians, and referral sources to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Aligning Core Solutions Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals navigating significant life transitions, couples experiencing relational challenges, and families grappling with issues such as trauma, mental health disorders, or substance abuse. Our approach prioritizes a trauma-informed framework, recognizing the importance of understanding each client’s unique context and experiences to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, which qualifies you for LMFT licensure.
  • An active LMFT license in the state of Washington.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a medical or clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing therapeutic strategies and engaging effectively with clients.
  • Strong adherence to professional boundaries and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all therapeutic interactions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with facilitating group therapy sessions and developing treatment programming.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and billing.
  • Prior training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Compensation and Benefits
