Position Overview

Aligning Core Solutions Services is excited to invite passionate and dedicated licensed professionals to apply for our full-time Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) position. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client.
• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring all biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning documents are completed within required timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate comprehensive aftercare plans that promote sustained progress post-discharge from therapy.
• Engage consistently with clients' families, outside clinicians, and referral sources when necessary, ensuring a cohesive approach to each client's mental health care.
• Uphold all organizational policies and procedures related to documentation and client privacy, with a strong focus on maintaining confidentiality at all times.

The clientele served at Aligning Core Solutions Services varies widely, including individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid LMFT licensure in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical or medical setting, particularly in delivering therapy services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality within client interactions.

Preferred Experience

While not required, experience working with populations experiencing trauma, and understanding of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also beneficial to streamline documentation processes.
