Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX/Product Designer with strong consumer product design experience to solve ambiguous, 0-to-1 problems and translate complex business and member needs into clear, scalable, and shippable experiences. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional design craft with strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Transform ambiguous, 0-to-1 problems into clear experience visions, strategies, and actionable plans.
• Design high-quality, detailed experiences across TV, Mobile, and Web, using Figma from concept through developer-ready execution.
• Develop scalable design systems, patterns, frameworks, and reusable approaches across projects.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and Marketing stakeholders to influence strategy and deliver member-centered experiences.
• Facilitate collaborative design and problem-solving sessions across different levels of the organization.
• Communicate design direction through compelling visual storytelling, written communication, presentations, and group discussions.
• Innovate and develop solutions that address evolving business and member needs while maintaining scalability.
• Advocate strongly for members and ensure their needs are represented throughout the product development process.
• Manage multiple initiatives and business domains while maintaining long-term experience goals.
• Explore and adopt new tools, workflows, and technologies to improve individual and organizational effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products.
• Proven experience driving 0-to-1 initiatives and successfully delivering projects at global scale.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and convert unstructured problems into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
• Exceptional UI/UX design craft with strong attention to detail across multiple platforms.
• Strong experience with Figma and delivering detailed, developer-ready designs.
• Experience creating design systems, frameworks, reusable patterns, and scalable solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and balance competing priorities without losing sight of long-term experience objectives.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and product judgment.
• Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills, including executive presentations.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Interest in and willingness to adopt emerging design tools, technologies, and workflows.

Industry Experience:

• Consumer-facing technology / digital products
• Experience designing products across TV, Mobile, and Web is highly preferred.
• Experience working in large-scale, global consumer products or digital platforms is strongly preferred.
• Background in industries such as streaming/media, entertainment, e-commerce, technology, or other high-scale consumer products would be relevant.
• Experience working within cross-functional Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Merchandising organizations is preferred.
