    Job description

    Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Human Resources Generalist positions in Cranberry Township, PA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as an HR Generalist, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.     Responsibilities:

    · Support Talent Acquisition activities, including creating requisitions, coordinating candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting HR interviews

    · Screen resumes and partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify qualified candidates and support recruiting strategies

    · Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation, exit interviews, and employee communications

    · Maintain employee records, assist with HR reporting and workforce metrics, support HR projects, and provide employee HR support

    Requirements:

    · 2+ years of Human Resources experience, including Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle support

    · Experience with recruitment administration, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation

    · Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    · Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data management/reporting preferred

    Perks:

    · Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible schedule available)

    · Weekly paycheck

    · Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hour

    Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
