Our Core Values are Trust, Collaboration and Customer Centric
The MissionAs our Future Leader of our Organtization, you’ll steer day-to-day performance and keep the operation humming while protecting the guest experience and the numbers. This is a full-time, onsite, mid-level role paying $60,000–$80,000 (DOE).
What you’ll own:
- Lead and coach a team with clear expectations, feedback, and follow-through
- Build and execute plans that grow revenue, profitability, and service quality
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to keep things tight
- Hire, train, and develop talent; address performance issues promptly and fairly
- Track customer feedback and put improvements into motion
- Keep safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards locked in
- Partner with vendors and support local marketing/community visibility
What you bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing operation
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving instincts
- Comfort with budgets, basic reporting, and common management software
If you’re ready to lead with integrity and energy, apply and let’s talk.
You’ll roll in onsite, do a quick scan of the floor, and sync with supervisors on what’s trending—staffing gaps, customer chatter, and the one thing that could derail the day (there’s always one). You’ll spend time in the action: checking in with customers, spotting coaching moments, and making sure the brand shows up consistently.
Between touchpoints, you’ll review dashboards and notes, then huddle with your leaders to keep momentum—celebrate wins, reset priorities, and keep the team focused on market growth, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. Expect a mix of quick pivots and steady progress, with the goal of leaving the operation stronger than you found it.
