Job description

The Patient Financial Services Receptionist is directly responsible and accountable to the Patient Accounts Manager. Serve as the point of contact for Financial Advocates to facilitate patient access to financial advocates and provide customer service and support. The Patient Financial Services Receptionist coordinates a broad range of reception and administrative support activities across multiple systems.
Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience in a service-related field is preferred but not required.
