Job Overview
#J-18808-LjbffrAt o9, we are transforming enterprise planning by integrating siloed planning capabilities and capturing value leakage through our AI‑first approach. Major global brands such as Google, PepsiCo, Walmart, T‑Mobile, AB InBev, and Starbucks trust our platform to optimize their supply chains and enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Do- Design and implement deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Ansible, Puppet, and similar technologies.
- Manage and maintain the infrastructure supporting deployment pipelines, including servers, databases, load balancers, and other resources.
- Monitor application performance in production environments and troubleshoot issues that arise.
- Ensure security and compliance of deployment processes and applications, implementing measures such as SSL certificates, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and support successful deployments.
- Continuously improve deployment processes through automation and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Provide support to customers and end‑users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to deployed applications.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely deployment of software applications.
- Participate in on‑call rotations to provide 24/7 support for our platform.
- Possess the ability and flexibility to work with teams globally across time zones.
- 5+ years of experience in a deployment role, or 7+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or equivalent experience.
- Certification in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications in a cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker or similar containerization tools and Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms.
- Strong technical skills in automation, continuous integration, and deployment practices.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and related tooling.
- Administration experience with databases such as MS SQL or Mongo.
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
