Diehl Collision is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience with our company. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with various customer-related tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and service scheduling
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
