Customer Service Representative

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative at Renn Kirby Auto Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences. This role requires strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with vehicle-related questions, concerns, and requests
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency
  • Maintain customer records and documentation accurately and securely

Requirements:
