    Job Summary:
    Ambassador Resources is seeking an IT Application Analyst to develop test plans and monitor software applications. The role involves coordinating changes and upgrades, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing training to end-users.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified applications.
    • Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules.
    • Monitor the software application, and document and analyze problems.
    • Ensuring business operations will operate correctly in current and future environments.
    • Set up administrator and service accounts.
    • Provide advice and training to end‐users.
    • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
    • Troubleshoots, identifies and solves technical problems.
    • Interfaces with vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely problem resolution.
    • Responsible for moving changes submitted by developers between Dev, QA & Production.
    • Responsible for testing changes submitted by developers.
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
    • Familiarity with SQL
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems
