Position Summary:
The Director of Transportation Engineering will lead the transportation design engineering department, providing strategic direction and overseeing the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on technical excellence, client development, and team management. The ideal candidate will bring deep transportation design experience, strong project delivery skills, and the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for the transportation engineering department.
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of transportation infrastructure projects.
Ensure project delivery is on-time, on-budget, and in compliance with applicable standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering, design, and project management staff.
