Position Summary

Looking for a maternity cover forapproximately 7-8months to support our New Membership Transition project. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running and continueestablishedways of working and existing mechanisms, with experience and understanding of industry reporting, engagement, and partnership frameworks.

Theobjectiveis not toreinvent the wheelduring this period, but to ensure smooth continuity and support execution with a positive attitude, agile mindset, and strong problem-solving approach.

Ideal candidate should beavailable to start frommid-September2026.


Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily manage the New Membership transition projectand related cross functional interventions.
  • Serveas key point of contact for the project and ensurecontinued momentum, shared visibility,alignment,andappropriate levelof documentation.
  • Ensureexistingproject structure is supportedby workingclosely with project teamstosupportmovement of tasks, progress tracking,decision making,andremoving roadblocks, foreaseofimplementationandexecution.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Important tokeep the momentum goingbased on consistency, alignment, visibility:bysupportingproject teamsinitsexecution of the project plan byfosteringcross-functional alignment and visibility on the project as well as ensuring project teamsfollow consistent agreed upon ways of working.
  • Critical tomaintainregular touchpointswith entire project team, oversee and ensure teamregularly usesClick Up to track andshowcaseprogress, help the team refine backlog and priorities continuously.
  • Maintainregular alignmentwith theSponsors,Product Owner and Project Lead.
  • Supportright level of documentationwith decisions and directions, ensuring cross functional visibility with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensureahigh degree of visibilityfor stakeholders and decision-makers involved in the project.
  • Maintain project roadmap and proactivelyidentify, flag, and mitigaterisksto project deliveryincollaborationwithexpertstosupportthe success of the project.
  • Organize information and agendas andconvenetask teams,facilitatemeetings, and other activities to coordinate cross-functional work and external input to deliver project milestones.
  • Maintainingpositive and supportive relationshipwith stakeholders is key for success of this role.
  • Comfortably provideappropriate projectreminders and follow-ups.
  • Manage scope creep andfacilitatescope change requests.


Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in Project Management Office meetings andattendDepartmental/organizationalmeetings etc.to buildoverallcontext.
  • Meet weekly with PMO leadership to provide project updates and escalate anyconcernsor challenges that arise.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Intermediate level to project management experience.
  • Experience on cross-functional projects.
  • Experience and understanding ofindustry reporting,membershipengagement, and partnership landscapeto allowappropriate interventionsand support as a Project Maternity Cover.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving and agile mindset, ability to understand the needs of internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with backlog refinement, hosting agile ceremonies, sharing updates with the team and leadership, documenting and mitigating risks and dependencies, tracking key decisions, mapping timelines, and supporting scope and resourcemanagement. Weare a young PMO and formal ways of working are new to many peopleat theorganizationsoin order tosucceed,candidate mustbeable to workwith people who do not have much knowledge of projectmanagement.
  • Experience using projectmanagementtool to run projects.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ClickUpexperience
  • Non-profit experiencewould be great, especially relevance ofworking withdifferent groupsofstakeholders.
  • Experience working at or with membership organizations is a plus.
  • Preference to European time zone, with flexibility and ability to integrateafew working hours with the US time zone whenrequired.
  • Lean managementstyle isa must!
  • PMP, PRINCE, Scrum Master, KanbanPractitionerorotherproject management certification preferred.
  • Someone who can take up work smoothly andensure the set cadence is followed,without much disruption or need to introduce new ways of workingor mechanisms unless necessary and aligned with project leadership (sponsors & owners)


Employment Package

  • Full-Time Position, 40 Hours a Week
  • Required travel: up to 20%
  • Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 USD FTE ($60,000 - $80,000)
