What You'll Do

• Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and community networking.
• Perform free roof and exterior inspections for homeowners.
• Identify hail, wind, and storm-related damage.
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process.
• Assist homeowners from inspection through project completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the restoration process.
• Document inspections using photos and company software.
• Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
• Represent Whitney Roofing & Guttering with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs (training provided).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• Commission-Based Position
• Uncapped earning potential.
• Top performers earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually, depending on performance and effort. High-performing storm restoration representatives often achieve six-figure incomes in commission-based roles.
