Soul Collective Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This position is designed for a remote work setting to ensure you have the flexibility needed to balance work and personal life while serving clients effectively. You will also occasionally interact with clients in our outpatient office as required. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and strengths.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop customized treatment plans that set specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes for clients.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance clients' understanding of mental health and foster a supportive community.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during acute situations.
• Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring our records are clear and accurate.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship conflicts. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong sense of empathy, ethics, and professionalism in working with clients.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and performance. In addition, our benefits package includes:
