This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver vital support to clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As part of a dedicated team, individuals will engage in meaningful interactions with clients and collaborate closely with internal staff and external community organizations to facilitate the best outcomes for those we serve. Regular business hours are expected, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities to meet client needs and adapt to program activities.

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to pinpoint clients' social, emotional, and environmental difficulties, ensuring a deep understanding of each individual's circumstances.
• Develop tailored service plans that outline intervention goals, methods, and progress tracking to support clients in overcoming challenges.
• Deliver individual and family counseling sessions, offering empathetic support and practical solutions to clients facing a variety of life challenges.
• Collaborate with clients in creating personalized service plans and effectively linking them to appropriate community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as essential components of client care.
• Forge partnerships with community agencies, coordinating services and vigorously advocating for clients’ rights and needs.
• Engage in outreach initiatives that enhance community awareness of available services and promote agency objectives.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training to contribute to professional development and team cohesion.

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations affected by trauma and adversity, including individuals grappling with substance abuse and associated mental health challenges. Your compassionate approach will help empower clients, guiding them toward recovery, stability, and self-sufficiency by addressing the root causes of their struggles.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for practicing in this role.
• Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues, community resources, and trauma-informed care practices.
• Excellent communication, cultural competence, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience in a social service agency or similar environment is highly desirable, particularly in mental health or substance use recovery settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and interventions tailored to enhance client outcomes.
