Work Environment

This position operates within a remote work setting, allowing for flexible scheduling which facilitates a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain supportive, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients to foster their engagement and commitment to treatment.
  • Diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual or couple.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions, couples therapy, and group sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
  • Regularly assess and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment approaches as necessary to enhance effectiveness and client outcomes.
  • Document all sessions and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience providing teletherapy and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
