Job description

Position: Part-Time Dentist
Location: Tucson, Arizona 
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $900 per visit


Position Summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Dentist to join our mobile care team in Tucson, Arizona. This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys meaningful work, values flexibility, and prefers to focus on patient care without the administrative demands of traditional practice settings. You'll play a vital role in improving access to dental care for geriatric and underserved populations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and restorative procedures.

  • Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in geriatric patients.

  • Educate patients and facility staff on oral hygiene and preventive care.

  • Ensure patient comfort and safety in a mobile or facility-based care setting.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold CMC's high standards of care.


Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).

  • Active dental license in Arizona. 

  • Experience with geriatric or mobile dentistry is preferred.

  • Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a variety of facility environments.


Schedule & Coverage Areas
  • Schedule: 1-2 visits per month, on the weekday of your choosing 

  • Preferred Availability: Weekdays, Monday-Friday 

  • Typical Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Coverage Areas Include: Nursing homes and Veteran homes, with some assisted living facilities in Tucson, Arizona. Travel to Yuma and/or Phoenix, AZ would be an incredible help, and we can offer additional days, if ideal. 

  • Commitment: 1–4 days per month, depending on your availability.
