Sterling ATM is a Utah based manufacturing company located in Salt Lake City, Utah with a focus on manufacturing ATM enclosures for financial institutions nationwide and our easy to use Bean Trailer.
We are seeing rapid growth in our Bean Trailer division and we are looking for an exceptional Production Assembler who is enthusiastic about their work and passionate about being a team member to help the company continue to grow.
Our Bean Trailer was voted, "Coolest Product Made in Utah" in 2020 and winner of the 2020 manufacturer of the year award. Our Bean Trailers are an off road, tear drop trailer and are built to withstand rugged terrains. They are equipped with a Timbren Independent suspension, Max coupler hitch and off road tires. This will definitely get the job done.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with TIG and MIG welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, drawings, and fabrication plans.
  • Strong fitting and fabrication skills, including measuring, cutting, grinding, aligning, and preparing materials.
  • Experience welding aluminum.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety and proper PPE.
  • Previous lead, foreman, or crew-lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize jobs, and meet production deadlines.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred.
