Job description

Role Summary

Picker (Full-Time, onsite) supports production by keeping door and molding materials accurate, organized, and ready for the next step. You’ll follow work orders, select the correct doors, place materials in the right storage locations, drill doors for final finish, and move parts buggies to the next area.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and interpret orders and paperwork
- Pick doors to match the order and stage them correctly
- Put away doors and moldings in assigned locations
- Operate a drill press safely for door prep
- Push/transport heavy parts buggies; complete other tasks as assigned
Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Read a tape measure; basic cabinetry knowledge
- Lift up to 50 lbs; work at a rapid pace
- Basic computer skills

Your Typical Shift
