Wellbeing Therapeutics Health Care Inc is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in Jacksonville, Florida. This remote position allows for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you remain deeply connected to our team and clients. You will work primarily from a home office, conducting therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms. This setup not only provides the convenience of working from home but also enables you to reach clients who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. Your work hours will primarily fall between Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some schedule adjustments permissible to meet the needs of your patients.

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that take into account each patient's unique background and experiences.
• Craft individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies, adjusting techniques to align with the clients’ cultural and personal circumstances.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care coordination for patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, helping clients navigate mental health emergencies gracefully and effectively.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and the array of treatment options, while actively guiding them to community resources.
• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing valuable insights and staying updated on cultural competency training and best practices.
• Commit to continuous professional development by keeping abreast of the latest research and cultural considerations in therapy.

This includes ethnic and cultural minorities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrant populations, who may face unique mental health challenges influenced by their cultural experiences. As a Licensed Therapist at Wellbeing Therapeutics, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored therapeutic strategies that honor and respect each client's cultural identity.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.
• Thorough understanding of various mental health disorders and treatments, alongside a strong commitment to culturally responsive therapy.
• Experience in providing group and individual therapy, specifically through the lens of cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Proficient crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling positive rapport building with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluency in EHR systems and standard computer applications relevant to mental health documentation.
• A steadfast commitment to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• A collaborative spirit, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Demonstrated experience working with multicultural populations and an understanding of the intersectionality of various identities.
• Previous experience in telehealth services or familiarity with digital platforms for remote therapy.
• Involvement in community outreach initiatives or educational programs focusing on mental health awareness and cultural sensitivity.
