Proposal (Anticipated Start: August 2026)
Location: Pentagon, Washington, D.C. (subject to award)
Contract Type: Proposal Pipeline - Positions contingent upon contract award
Overview: We are building a talent pipeline in support of an upcoming A10 contract proposal, with anticipated work beginning in August 2026. These positions will support mission-critical efforts related to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) operations, nuclear deterrence, counter-WMD policy, medical/biological defense, and advanced modeling & simulation.
Work will be performed on-site at the Pentagon, pending award. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearances required for each position.
We are currently gathering interest and pre-qualifying candidates for the following potential roles:
Biological Defense Analyst
Analyzes biological threats, emerging infectious diseases, and countermeasures, supporting national-security-focused biological defense initiatives. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.
Desired Experience:
  • Understanding of pathogen detection, characterization, and threat assessment
  • Proficiency with bioinformatics tools and sequence analysis
  • Knowledge of biosafety/biosecurity protocols
  • Experience with select agents, high-consequence pathogens
  • Familiarity with biological weapons conventions and intelligence analysis

Biological Scientist

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. and foreign nuclear weapons systems

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
