Love Games? Noble Knight is hiring for Full-time Collectible Card Game (CCG)Specialist!
Noble Knight Games has been selling new, used and out-of-print games since 1997 and helping gamers from around the world save money and find exactly what they need. We are a leader in the gaming industry and have been growing steadily over the years. We are located in a new 64,000 square foot facility in Fitchburg, WI. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our collectible card games team. Proposed schedule for this position is first shift and include either Saturday, Sunday or both.
Job Description:
The CCG Specialist’s main duty is to quickly and accurately sort CCG products received from various distributors and customers so it can be entered into the Noble Knight Games’ database to be put up for sale. Card sorting is focal point for the position along with grading, pricing, and Data entry. The CCG Specialist enters product(s) for existing listings and creates listings for new products. The CCG Specialist also reports issues that arise with these products such as missing or damaged items and acts on these issues when a resolution is reached.
Ideal candidates will be:
  • Self-Motivated
  • Experience with collectible card gaming
  • Exposure to a wide variety of collectible card games and specifically including:
    • Magic the Gathering past and present
    • Pokémon
    • Yu-Gi-Oh
    • Other current CCGs
  • Ability to identify counterfeit cards
  • Proficient at accurately sorting cards
  • Comfortable evaluating collections. Working with customers, and negotiating purchases
  • Keep up with new collectible card game release, secondary market trends, pricing and demand
  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy while maintaining consistent work
  • Ability to learn and consistently apply the Company’s grading, pricing and purchasing standards
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to search for answers when they are not readily available. Ability to solve problems and get acceptable solutions with general direction.
  • Excellent Communications skills – both verbal and written
  • Outgoing personality with ability to make customers comfortable.
  • Computer savvy – excellent typing skills, excel, word and outlook experience and able to adapt quickly to new computer systems and processes.
  • Trustworthy and comfortable working in a store-front and handling multiple tasks at a time. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team AND individually.
