Position Title: Porters Positions at Atomic Golf

Position Type: Part-time/Full-time

Position Description:

Atomic Golf aims to take golf entertainment to a new level in Las Vegas! A bigger, better, bolder brand of golf entertainment, Atomic Golf will feature 100,000 square feet of electrified fun, where the best elements of the game fuse together with great food, colorful drinks, and an engaging atmosphere unlike any other.

Located steps from the famed Las Vegas Strip, the flagship location of Atomic Golf will feature four distinct floors, 103 digitally enhanced golfing bays, six full-service bars, a chef-curated menu with elevated, made-from-scratch food and beverage offerings, and much more. Set to open in Q1 of 2024, Atomic Golf is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individuals to join the Support Staff team as a Busser/Food Runner, for its grand opening and beyond.

If so, we invite you to join the Atomic Golf Support Team as a Porter, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Support Team members will assist and work alongside the Atomic Golf culinary staff to deliver food orders and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Support Staff responsibilities include:

  • Clearing and resetting tables efficiently and promptly to prepare for incoming guests.
  • Assisting Servers and Bartenders by refilling water, clearing empty dishes, and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next party.
  • Assisting in the accurate and timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guest tables.
  • Ensuring all food items are presented correctly and in line with Atomic Golf's quality standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining and food running areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash.
  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth flow of service.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met courteously.
  • Contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Previous experience in a similar Support Staff role is a plus, but not required. Additional qualifications include:

  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment, exposed to varying weather conditions.
