The Opportunity
As a Zuora Solution Architect - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions. Within our Finance practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, all while upholding professional and technical standards. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
