Position Summary


Secure Source International is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support daily HR and office operations. This role is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties while providing support to managers and employees across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day office and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain accurate and compliant electronic employee records and files
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Assist with employee training coordination and scheduling
  • Draft and distribute emails, correspondence, forms, and HR documents
  • Prepare and assist with regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain company policies, procedures, and HR documentation
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Process and submit expense reports
  • Provide administrative support to visitors and team members
  • Communicate with managers and leadership to assist with requests and inquiries
  • Support general office operations and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience with HR management systems preferred
  • Familiarity with office equipment and standard office procedures
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional administrative or HR certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Zoho and BambooHR is highly preferred
