Job description

TITAN Environmental Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop new business and grow long-term client relationships within the environmental, restoration, and construction industries. The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for the company by building relationships with prospective clients, presenting the company’s services, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The Account Executive serves as a front-line representative of the company’s brand and works closely with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired clients who require ongoing retention support. This job description is subject to change as the company restructures and assigns new roles.

Salary - $60,000 - 100,000 + Commission

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to provide accurate and detailed information for the operations team, including scope of work, billing information, and client details
  • Strong client and market understanding with the ability to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions that demonstrate value
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage a lead pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports
  • Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships within the industry
