Balance Health, a national leader in podiatry, is seeking a dynamic and analytical Paid Media Manager to orchestrate paid digital marketing. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for driving new patient volume across paid channels from Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Demand Gen, etc.) to Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to paid marketplaces (ex. ZocDoc) to programmatic, display, and beyond.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong creative mindset, and a desire to continually test and optimize across ad copy, assets, landing pages, and so forth. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for budget allocation across channels and across brands to accomplish the business objectives of Balance Health. This includes owning the paid media budget alongside reporting and improving performance.


This is a remote role, but in order to maintain compliance standards only candidates within the United States will be considered.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee all paid digital marketing activities, including paid search (SEM), marketplace listings (ex. ZocDoc), display ads, paid social advertising, programmatic, video, and beyond
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for paid digital marketing campaigns focused on new patient acquisition
  • Ownership of channel budgets and resource allocation across brands, providers, and channels to achieve the organization’s objectives
  • Measure and report paid campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement
  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate ad experiments to optimize paid campaign conversions
  • Create landing pages and perform conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Review and recommend new paid advertising technologies and platforms
  • Build business cases and pro forma projections for new and creative paid digital marketing channels
  • Maintain accuracy of practices and providers on ZocDoc and insurance directories
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS: [Education, Training, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Expected Behaviors]

Required:

  • 3+ years running paid media of $20,000+ per month for a healthcare entity
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business analytics or a related field
  • Results-oriented mentality and ability to prioritize projects
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
