Job description

About JUS Official Services

JUS Official Services is an elite talent management, creator growth, and multi-division firm. We specialize in the strategic scaling, commercial monetization, and brand development of high-profile independent musicians, digital influencers, streamers, and multi-platform creators. We champion ethical representation through a transparent, mandatory 20% to 25% commission cap policy across our portfolio.

Partnership Overview

We are expanding our lifestyle divisions by establishing exclusive B2B partnerships with premier, established tattoo studios in key creative regions. We are not hiring individual employees. We are seeking to contract fully licensed, high-end brick-and-mortar studios to handle our growing roster of creators, executives, and VIP partners.

JUS Official Services will leverage its corporate marketing engine and high-visibility digital networks to drive elite, high-profile clientele directly into your studio. In exchange for this dedicated corporate promotion, your studio will provide cross-credit tattooing services to our core leadership team.

Financial Structure & Shared Benefits

  • 90/10 Revenue Retention: Your studio retains 80% of all gross revenue generated from bookings with our managed talent roster, corporate partners, and referred clients. JUS retains a transparent 20% marketing/management allocation.
  • Absolute Rate Autonomy: Your studio and resident artists maintain full authority to set your standard, competitive rates for all talent and client referrals.
  • Corporate Marketing Offset: The value of our high-profile marketing campaigns, digital promotion, and creator cross-overs is fully offset by a matching service-credit format allocated to the JUS leadership team (ensuring a net-zero cash transaction for the corporate perk structure).
  • Elite Clientele Injection: Immediate access to an exclusive pipeline of high-profile influencers, recording artists, and public figures whose personal brands directly drive viral exposure to your studio.

Studio Partner Requirements

  • Existing Infrastructure: Must be an established brick-and-mortar commercial studio currently operating in Colorado, Florida, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Arizona, or New Hampshire.
  • Active Licensing: Must hold all valid state, county, and municipal studio facility licenses, health department permits, and local zoning approvals.
  • Compliance & Safety: All resident artists must maintain current OSHA-compliant Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) certification.
  • Insurance Indemnification: Must carry comprehensive Commercial General Liability and Professional Malpractice (Body Art) insurance, with the capability to name JUS Official Services as an additionally insured party for referred operations.
  • Elite Portfolio: Studio must showcase an elite, award-winning roster of artists capable of executing diverse, top-tier styles for discerning high-profile clientele.
