About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing to lead strategic brand growth initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive measurable business performance, and build long-term customer loyalty.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for supporting the strategic direction of brand initiatives, translating vision into executional roadmaps, and delivering integrated programs that contribute to new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand relevance.

Reporting to the VP, Brand, the ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to mentor and elevate a growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Planning: Lead brand marketing strategy, campaign roadmaps, and KPI reporting with senior leadership, while building a long-term brand architecture to support parent and product brand expansion.
  • Brand & Campaign Performance: Lead integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion, translating brand equity into measurable metrics and using performance tracking and post-campaign analysis to inform future planning and demand generation.
  • Brand Strategy Evolution: Guide the evolution of Zenni's brand narrative and product brand identity systems, partnering with agencies to ensure cohesive, differentiated storytelling across all touch points.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Drive alignment across Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, PR, Social, E-commerce, and Product teams, integrating brand initiatives into broader marketing and commercial strategy through clear communication and influence.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Manage and mentor the existing Brand Marketing team with clear development plans and feedback, building structure and accountability while fostering strategic thinking and creative confidence.
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive brand marketing experience, including experience developing and leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven track record building brand strategy and architecture for a parent brand and/or portfolio of product brands, ideally in a consumer, retail, or DTC environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating brand equity goals into measurable KPIs (e.g., brand lift, engagement, customer growth) and using data to inform strategy
  • Demonstrated experience managing agency and external partner relationships to deliver cohesive creative and messaging
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Performance Marketing, PR, Social, E-commerce, and Product teams to drive integrated brand initiatives
  • People management experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members
  • Skilled in budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation for marketing programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership through clear rationale and strategic thinking
  • Ability to balance big-picture brand vision with hands-on, detail-oriented execution across multiple concurrent initiatives

Compensation

In addition to other forms of compensation like perks and benefits, the estimated salary range for this role is $122,000 - $152,000 USD (for individuals in Tier 2 regions). The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skill set, experience, geographical location, market conditions, and other organizational needs. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for various reasons including business needs.
