• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, gathering relevant histories and understanding their individual needs for effective treatment.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address each client's unique goals, therapeutic needs, and circumstances, with careful monitoring of their progress.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-supported practices.
• Utilize teletherapy to offer virtual therapy sessions, ensuring clients have the support they need regardless of their physical location.
• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly and effectively as required, assessing risk and developing immediate safety plans to support clients in distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives and training opportunities to continually refine your skills and integrate new best practices into your therapeutic approach.

Your clients will comprise a diverse population experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from different backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that is tailored to address their unique experiences and perspectives.

• A valid and current mental health license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A deep sense of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Ability to exhibit strong organizational and time management skills for effective case handling.
• No history of disciplinary actions or ethical breaches on record.

• Experience delivering teletherapy and familiarity with remote therapeutic tools.
• Previous experience in a community health setting or with underserved populations.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities is a plus.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
