Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address the specific needs of each client.
• Engage clients in one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other established methods to facilitate positive change.
• Set therapeutic goals and measure client progress through regular evaluations, ensuring that treatment remains effective and responsive to evolving client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring efficient tracking of client progress.
• Stay engaged with and attend professional development workshops or training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our diverse client demographic spans various age groups and backgrounds, enabling you to provide tailored support and encourage resilience among individuals seeking healing.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Exhibit qualities of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude when interacting with clients.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle scheduling and client needs.

Preferred Experience

While a licensed therapist actively seeking professional growth is the foundational requirement, preferred candidates include individuals with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, or specialized therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with various electronic health record (EHR) systems may also be advantageous to enhance documentation efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, benefits include:
