Job description

A full time, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant. Typing, organizing files, maintaining calendars, filing, scheduling and proof-reading. Preparing and managing legal documents, organizing and maintaining files and schedules, proofreading documents and filing. Transcription is helpful but will train. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and interact on the telephone. Previous legal experience is preferred but we will train in legal terminology and document preparation. Benefits include paid vacation and sick time; health insurance; life insurance and 401(k). Pay commensurate with experience.
