Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organized and hands-on individual to join our organization as a Sanitation Operations Supervisor. As a Sanitation Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sanitation activities at our facility, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining cleanliness, training employees, and prioritizing safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Sanitation Operations Management:
โ€ข Supervise and actively participate in the execution of daily sanitation activities, including cleaning, sanitizing, waste management, and pest control, to ensure compliance with established procedures and schedules.
โ€ข Conduct regular inspections to assess sanitation conditions, identify areas for improvement, and take immediate corrective actions.
โ€ข Lead by example in maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
