Visa: on W2/1099 (no C2C)
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Database Engineer to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is not a Database Administrator (DBA) role. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or advanced data analysis, with a deep understanding of data architecture, data flow, and data quality.
The candidate should also possess technical leadership skills, be able to coordinate with cross-functional teams, and collaborate effectively with offshore teams in Poland.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Database Engineer (Not DBA)
- Background in Data Engineering, Data Science, or similar data-focused roles
- Strong understanding of databases, data models, and data pipelines
- Experience leading technical initiatives and coordinating across teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with offshore teams, preferably in a global environment
- Ability to work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL
