The SEO Specialist is responsible for improving website visibility, organic rankings, and qualified lead generation through a structured, measurable SEO strategy. This role is essential in ensuring our websites are technically sound, optimized for search intent, and supported by content that ranks and converts.

At Ensemble Digital Media, we operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and confident in executing SEO improvements with clear priorities and consistent reporting. This position collaborates closely with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO updates correctly and efficiently.

  • Conduct full SEO audits and create a clear, prioritized action plan covering technical, on-page, and content SEO.
  • Build and manage keyword research systems, including keyword maps aligned with search intent and business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and algorithm changes, then apply improvements quickly and strategically.
On-Page SEO Optimization
  • Optimize key pages for performance and relevance (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, content structure).
  • Improve image SEO, page formatting, and schema implementation to strengthen search visibility.
  • Identify and resolve on-page issues such as cannibalization, thin content, and duplicate content.
Technical SEO Improvements
  • Improve technical SEO performance, including crawlability and indexing.
  • Support enhancements related to site speed, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonical tags, and site architecture.
  • Detect and address technical issues (broken links, index bloat, and structural SEO barriers).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, dev) to ensure SEO updates are implemented correctly.

  • Measure SEO impact through rankings, traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering SEO growth (rankings, organic traffic, and/or conversions).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content SEO .
  • Proficiency using SEO tools such as:
    • Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar)
    • Site audit tools (Screaming Frog or similar)
  • Solid understanding of search intent, content structure, and internal linking strategy.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills with the ability to explain insights and next steps clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and execute with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SEO writing experience (content briefs, content refreshes, blog/landing page optimization).
