The Jr. Web Developer will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and CRM systems for Ensemble Digital Media . This role is ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and React who are eager to enhance their skills, contribute to team projects, and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience with WordPress is considered a plus.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools into web and CRM platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and React .
• Understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to receive and apply feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress development.
• Familiarity with CRM development or customization
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git .
• Understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL).
• Experience with IDEs such as Visual Studio Code.
• Awareness of responsive design and UI/UX best practices.

This role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where adaptability and discipline are key. Team members are expected to collaborate effectively, meet project deadlines, and maintain a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

The position requires a 40-hour work week, with a standard schedule of 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours may be arranged at the discretion of the team lead. All working hours are monitored and recorded through an approved time-tracking tool for accountability and performance management.
