Spinutech is seeking a mid-level Digital Paid Media Strategist to join our growing team. The Strategist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing paid media campaigns across a variety of clients and industries. This role requires both hands-on platform execution and strategic oversight across search, programmatic, and performance media channels.

You will be expected to provide a proactive level of service to clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.

This position is open only to candidates who reside in the United States and are authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize cross-channel paid media campaigns including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and programmatic DSP platforms
  • Execute bid, budget, targeting, creative, audience, and keyword optimizations
  • Identify and pause underperforming keywords, ads, placements, and campaigns
  • Monitor pacing and performance across channels to ensure efficient budget allocation
  • Apply learnings across accounts to improve performance at scale
  • Provide strategic recommendations and performance insights to internal teams and clients
  • Monthly client reporting

Required experience

  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of Search and Performance Max optimization
  • Ongoing working understanding of programmatic DSP platforms and campaign management fundamentals
  • Experience managing YouTube, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns
  • Comfortable working in MCC environments and using Google Ads Editor
  • Experience optimizing toward lead-generation goals for both B2B & B2C
  • Ability to analyze performance trends and take decisive action

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns within programmatic DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar platforms)
  • Experience with audience segmentation, contextual targeting, and retargeting strategies
  • Experience managing high-volume, geo-targeted campaigns
  • Familiarity with season demand and call-driven accounts
