Joining the talented Paid Media team at #TeamIZEA, the Freelance Paid Media Manager, will play a critical role in shaping how brands thrive in the creator economy. You'll support both the execution and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. You’ll play a hands-on role informing, monitoring and analyzing paid media performance.


Your responsibilities and contributions will drive value

  • Assist in the development and execution of paid media strategies that complement influencer campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance data, performance reporting, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization
  • Help manage the lifecycle of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Programmatic, and Google
  • Monitor digital advertising budgets and performance to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure integrated, cohesive campaign delivery
  • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to inform media tactics
Requirements:


Your background and experience will lead to success

  • 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns for social
  • Proven success leading end-to-end media campaigns, from strategy to execution and reporting
  • Deep understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and how content drives business results and an understanding of platform guidelines
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
