Job description

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Near Northlake Blvd).
Schedule: Flexible Hybrid (Part In-Office / Part Remote).
Company: MyStateMLS / State Listings, Inc.
About Us:

MyStateMLS is not your typical real estate company.
We’re a technology-driven platform transforming the real estate industry by giving agents, brokers, and consumers access to powerful tools that make buying and selling property easier and more transparent. Built by State Listings, Inc., MyStateMLS is redefining what a Multiple Listing Service can be - combining innovation, accessibility, and modern technology.
We’re also a people-first company. We believe that great ideas come from empowered teams, and we strive to create an environment where talented people can do their best work while enjoying what they do.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist who understands modern digital marketing, loves social media, and knows how to create and manage engaging content that reaches and inspires our audience.
About the Role:

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, social media management, and digital storytelling.
You’ll be responsible for planning, producing, and managing content across our social platforms, helping grow our brand presence while educating real estate professionals about our technology and tools.
We’re looking for someone who is tech-forward, creative, organized, and comfortable on camera when needed - someone who understands how social media actually works and can turn ideas into content that performs.
While you should be comfortable shooting short-form videos and capturing content, the primary focus of this role is content planning, management, and distribution across platforms.
What You’ll Do:

Content Strategy & Management:
  • Plan and manage a consistent content calendar across social media platforms.
  • Develop content strategies that align with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to turn ideas, updates, and industry insights into engaging content.
  • Repurpose long-form content into high-performing social posts, clips, and short-form videos.

Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow MyStateMLS social channels including:
    • LinkedIn
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • TikTok
    • YouTube
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and messages while helping maintain an active community.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on analytics.
Video & Content Production:
  • Capture and produce short-form social media content.
  • Film interviews, educational clips, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Assist with video production for marketing initiatives, webinars, and product promotions.
  • Edit short-form videos optimized for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
Brand & Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with leadership and marketing to promote:
    • Product updates
    • Industry education
    • Agent success stories
    • Events and webinars
  • Ensure messaging remains consistent with the MyStateMLS brand and voice.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and content trends.
  • Experience creating short-form video content for social media.
  • Ability to manage content calendars and multi-platform campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable filming content and occasionally appearing on camera.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
  • Experience with tools like:
    • Adobe Creative Suite / Premiere / After Effects
    • Canva
    • CapCut or similar short-form editing tools.
    • Social media scheduling platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
Bonus Experience:
  • Experience in real estate, proptech, or SaaS.
  • Experience managing B2B social media accounts.
  • Familiarity with educational or product marketing content.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily in-person at our Palm Beach Gardens office near Northlake Blvd.
We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, typically allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work once established in the role.
Why Join MyStateMLS?
  • Work with a company actively transforming the real estate industry.
  • Join a fast-growing technology platform.
  • Be part of a collaborative, people-first team.
  • Have creative freedom to experiment with modern marketing strategies.
  • Help shape the voice of a national real estate technology brand.

Who You Are:
You’re someone who:
  • Lives and breathes social media.
  • Understands what makes content perform.
  • Enjoys turning ideas into engaging stories and videos.
  • Likes working in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
  • Wants to help build something meaningful in the real estate industry.
If you’re excited about technology, marketing, and shaping the future of real estate, we’d love to hear from you.
