Responsibilities
  • Develop strategy, and roadmap and drive execution of opportunities to compensate high quality youth creators maintaining high standards of safety and responsibility.
  • Serve as a domain expert for youth monetization across YouTube, working to forge alignment between collaborators in Product, Engineering, User experience researchers (UXRs), Partnerships, Marketing, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) and Legal.
