Responsibilities
  • Drive full-stack development in the YouTube Shorts consumption experience, offering opportunities across client development (native iOS and Android), cross-platform UI (go/elements) and C frontend serving (server platform).
  • Leverage Rasta, SQL/Go pipelines, and other tools for experiment and data analysis.
  • Pioneer new work streams to build ML models and heuristics that will personalize and optimize the Shorts player UI.
