Job description

About ACQ Media
ACQ Media is the in-house media engine behind Acquisition.com and its portfolio of brands led by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa.
Our mission is to build the leading business media organization in the world by 2030.
We produce high-performance long-form series, podcasts, and daily social content that reach millions of people around the globe. Our content is not vanity media; it is designed to drive measurable reach, deepen brand influence, and create downstream business impact across the entire Acquisition.com ecosystem.
We operate like a studio, not a startup content team. That means structured workflows, batch production, clear performance metrics, and an aggressive commitment to innovation, especially through AI-native production systems.
We are building a repeatable content machine that compounds: more output, higher quality, faster iteration, stronger monetization, and deeper brand equity over time.
If you're joining ACQ Media, you're not here to just make content. You're here to help build a media powerhouse.
Role
The YouTube Manager exists to turn Acquisition.com's business priorities into long-form videos that perform at their ceiling and drive measurable business outcomes across the ACQ Media ecosystem.
This is a true channel-owner seat across all Acquisition brands (Alex, Leila, and Sharran). You have meaningful input upstream on ideas, angles, series concepts, and formats, informed by performance data and a deep read of what the YouTube audience responds to. You help shape what gets made and how it gets recorded, so YouTube performance is built in from the start, not bolted on at the end.
This is not a channel babysitter or a packaging-only seat. You own titles, thumbnails, metadata, upload operations, analytics, and back-catalogue optimization, and you are accountable for business outcomes: subscriber growth, qualified traffic and leads to ACQ Media properties, and YouTube's direct and downstream revenue contribution to the flywheel. Views and CTR are inputs, not the goal. The role is AI-forward by default: analytics, reporting, A/B tracking, and optimization research run on AI agents and automation, not manual spreadsheets and gut instinct.
Reports directly to the Director of Post Production and works hand in hand with the Design department and Creative Producers to shape brand identity, content production, and distribution.
Responsibilities
  • Own the creative direction of YouTube packaging (titles and thumbnails) across all ACQ brands, partnering with Creative Producers and Design to translate each brief into the final thumbnail.
  • Run the full upload operation end to end across all channels, including scheduling, tags, chapters, end screens, and a final QC check, so no video goes live without passing a complete checklist.
  • Build and run a continuous A/B testing framework for thumbnails and titles across new and catalogue videos, keeping every packaging decision defensible against performance benchmarks.
  • Own YouTube analytics across all ACQ channels and build AI agent-powered workflows for data compilation, anomaly detection, and reporting, then translate insight into creative, writing, and production decisions.
  • Systematically audit and re-optimize the back catalogue (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, metadata) on a prioritization framework, and track the compounding impression and revenue lift over time.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to YouTube's Partner Manager and lead the evaluation and rollout of new platform features against a clear test-and-measure approach.
Requirements
  • 3+ years managing, growing, or optimizing a high-volume YouTube channel.
  • Deep command of YouTube's packaging ecosystem: thumbnails, titles, CTR mechanics, retention patterns, and algorithm behavior.
  • Strong analytical fundamentals, comfortable drawing decisions from data, with demonstrated A/B testing experience for YouTube content.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, reporting, or workflow automation, or a clear drive to build with them.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent) and G-Suite, plus strong written communication for titles, descriptions, and internal reports.
  • Able to operate fully onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
Results
  • CTR and impression benchmarks improve consistently across new uploads.
  • The back catalogue generates measurable new impression and revenue volume from systematic re-optimization.
  • A/B testing is continuous, documented, and actively informing packaging decisions.
  • Analytics reporting is automated, timely, and decision-ready, and zero uploads go live without passing a complete QC checklist.
  • Subscriber growth trends upward quarter over quarter across ACQ channels.
  • YouTube is a measurable, growing driver of qualified traffic, leads, and revenue contribution to the Acquisition.com flywheel.
Schedule
  • Standard business hours, onsite, with flexibility to support production and upload timing.
Location
  • Full-time, onsite in Las Vegas, NV
  • Relocation required if not currently local
Compensation:
  • $80,000 - $100,000 base salary
  • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive, evolving benefits package designed to support your health, family, and wellbeing. Some key offerings:
  • Flexible Unlimited Paid Time Off and Company-wide Holidays
  • Employer sponsored Medical, Dental, & Vision plans
    • $1,950 annual Employer HSA contribution
    • FSA options including dependent care
    • Employee assistance program and mental health resources
  • Employer match program for 401(k), eligible for both Traditional and Roth accounts
  • $1,200 annual wellness reimbursement through JOON that supports health, family care, pet care, fitness, and more!
  • For local or visiting team members, enjoy access to a state of the art gym at our HQ in Las Vegas

* Benefits eligibility applies only to full-time roles.
ACQ Core Values:
Our core values are the heart and soul of this incredible company. The right person for this role will appreciate each of these values, personally subscribe to them, and understand why each is critical to having a great business.
Competitive Greatness
Be at your best when your best is needed. Enjoyment of a hard challenge. Those who have the drive to constantly improve, the superior intellect and long term commitment to see incremental improvements become compounding returns.
Sincere Candor
Have the self awareness to accurately perceive and communicate hard truths that improve others and self, the courage to do so, and the humility to accept them, even when it hurts. Nothing great can be built without feedback: internally or externally.
Unimpeachable Character
Be the type of person with whom people are always proud to associate, personally and professionally. We look for true alignment of thoughts, words, and actions towards a goal worth pursuing.
