Job Description
  • Own every piece of the sales pipeline including prospecting, cold calling/emailing, qualifying leads, product presentations/demos, negotiations, and some account management 
  • Play lots of video games, likely betas, alphas, and pre-alphas of some of the biggest games in the world
  • Build and own a lead pipeline for business development
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences
  • You will work with developers, designers, and product managers to help you understand the product and the value it provides for our customers. 
  • Report directly to the CEO who will be an advocate for pushing through obstacles and who will coach and train in the methodologies that have been successful 
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years Sales OR Account experience 
  • You must be an avid and passionate gamer or have experience working in games
  • Ability to speak about popular games, game trends and news, and you have a vast knowledge in general of the gaming world and community
  • Ability to create and pitch presentations to investors, customers, clients, leads, partners, and internal teams
  • You love social media and game communities and you yourself have multiple social media channels (Twitter, Facebook Page, Youtube, Vimeo, Instagram)
  • Comfortable working in unstructured environments with ever-changing goals, demands, and deadlines
  • You enjoy working in a small team where you can collaborate cross-disciplines
  • Previous personal or professional experience making YouTube videos/vlogs/livestreams/webinars or other professional medias
  • Ability to build or manage online communities (specific to gaming is a major plus)
  • Colloquial, relatable, but professional writing skills
  • Not intimidated by working with large data sets
  • You still feel you have a lot to learn and you're flexible
  • You have an interest in being the best at what you do
