About the role
Nan and Company Properties is a Houston-based luxury residential real estate brokerage. We're hiring a Marketing & PR Manager to own our content production pipeline, lead public relations and media relations, manage our luxury real estate affiliations, and keep our editorial and social output running on schedule. This is a hands-on management role at the center of our marketing team: you'll direct an in-house production team, be the point of contact for our PR agency, and make sure our brands show up consistently and on time across every channel.
What you'll own
Production management
- Manage the day-to-day work of the in-house production team (full-time videographer/editor, full-time photographer, and part-time videographer/editor)
- Own the production calendar and resource scheduling
- Manage the content pipeline from request through delivery
- Schedule Nan content for the YouTube channel
PR & media relations
- Manage the PR agency relationship and overall PR strategy
- Handle press release follow-up
- Track media coverage and amplify it across our channels
- Coordinate PR support for agent listings
- Lead and run the internal PR meeting
Social media & content
- Schedule and publish content for Altivo Insurance
- Create content for Nan Leasing
- Support story posting for Nan Properties
- Capture behind-the-scenes content for the brand
Affiliation management
- Execute our relationships with Forbes, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE), and Luxury Portfolio
- Educate agents on the benefits of these affiliations
Editorial & print
- Produce the company newsletter
- Coordinate print ads
- Write blogs (published to the company website)
What we're looking for
- Experience managing a creative/production team or a content pipeline from request to delivery
- PR and media-relations experience, including working with or managing a PR agency
- Strong social media scheduling and content skills across platforms
- Excellent writing - blogs, newsletters, and press materials
- Highly organized and deadline-driven; comfortable owning a production calendar and juggling multiple brands
- Real estate, luxury, or brand marketing experience is a plus
