Gopher is looking for an experienced digital marketer with experience in search and social media advertising to join our team and support the execution of digital marketing campaigns. 


This role will be a key member of the Digital Presence Team, which is responsible for the presentation and performance of Gopher Sport and its family of brands across a broad set of digital channels including search, display, social, video, and AI. Description:

As a Marketer focused on digital marketing, you will execute against department plans and ensure the digital marketing campaigns assigned to you are deployed on-time and meet stakeholder expectations for digital experience and performance. Your assigned campaigns will span a variety of digital channels including but not limited to paid search, paid social, video and beyond. 


This is a full time, in-person position in Owatonna, MN 


What will you be doing? 

1. Deploying New Digital Marketing Campaigns: Accurately translating channel-specific marketing plans into ready-to-deploy campaigns for assigned channels

2. Review and Optimize Performance: Consistently make changes in campaign structure, content, etc. to ensure that objectives are met or exceeded.

3. Maintain and Publish Regular Reporting: Maintain dashboards and/or KPIs that make it easy to monitor campaign performance and solve issues as they arise. 

Conduct Experiments: Executing tests with the support of department leaders to improve results.  

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Focus or coursework on digital marketing preferred.

2. 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.

3. Valid experience managing or coordinating paid search, social media, and/or video campaigns. 

4. Proficiency in Google and Bing ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics preferred.

5. Experience with Excel using low to mid-level functions (xlookups, powerpivots, etc.) required. 

6. Experience in a B-to-I or B-to-B marketing/advertising department preferred.
