The Campus Pastor provides leadership and oversight for a Faith Family Church campus, creating a life-giving environment where individuals and families can Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference. This role serves as the primary on-site leader, responsible for ensuring the culture, systems, and values of Faith Family Church are reflected in every area of ministry. The Campus Pastor leads teams, develops leaders, and provides pastoral care to ensure the campus is healthy, growing, and aligned with the mission of the church. This bilingual Campus Pastor also provides leadership for both English and Spanish services, including preaching live in Spanish. This position requires strong leadership, effective communication in both English and Spanish, and a heart to build people and advance the vision of Faith Family Church.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Pastoral Leadership: Responsible for leading the overall health, culture, and direction of the campus, including both English and Spanish services, while developing staff and key leaders to build strong teams and a life-giving, aligned ministry.

    • Provide vision, leadership, and direction for the campus in alignment with the overall mission and culture of Faith Family Church.
    • Lead and develop campus staff and key ministry leaders through consistent coaching, communication, and accountability.
    • Establish clear priorities and rhythms for ministry, ensuring every team and environment is healthy, unified, and effective.
    • Champion leadership development by identifying potential leaders, creating opportunities for growth, and building a strong leadership pipeline.
    • Lead the campus in developing a strong culture of generosity by teaching biblical principles of tithing, celebrating life-change through giving, and modeling faithful stewardship in both word and action.
    • Lead the effort to move people toward spiritual growth by actively guiding attenders to take their next step through the Next Steps process-helping them connect, serve, and grow as part of the Faith Family Church community.
    • Champion Small Groups as the primary environment for discipleship and connection. Ensure every person has a clear pathway to join a group, develop group leaders, and cultivate a thriving Small Group culture that reflects the values and vision of Faith Family Church.
    • Lead campus outreach efforts by organizing and promoting Serve Saturdays and other community engagement initiatives that reflect the heart of Faith Family Church to serve and reach people outside the walls.
    • Partner with central departments to maintain consistency across systems, culture, and communication.
    • Oversee campus operations, outreach efforts, and budget stewardship, ensuring resources are managed with excellence and intentionality.
    • Model spiritual maturity, humility, and integrity in every setting-leading by example and fostering a life-giving culture of unity, faith, and purpose.


Weekend Service Experience: Responsible for leading high-energy, life-giving weekend experiences, including both English and Spanish services, that inspire faith and reflect the heart and excellence of Faith Family Church. Ensure every service points people to Jesus and provides clear opportunities to take next steps and get connected through Small Groups and the Dream Team.

    • Lead and oversee engaging weekend experiences, services, and events that reflect the mission and excellence of Faith Family Church.
    • Partner with the Central Creative Team to plan and execute services that are well-organized, inspiring, and impactful.
    • Host and lead service moments with energy and authenticity, helping people connect to faith, vision, and generosity.
    • Preach the Spanish weekend service live each week. Preach in English periodically throughout the year as scheduled, with a minimum of 4-6 times annually, as well as at special events when needed. Communicate God's Word with clarity, passion, and alignment with the heart and vision of Faith Family Church. Additional teaching opportunities may include Leadership Academy sessions, conferences, or other church events.
    • Engage intentionally with guests before and after services, personally promoting Next Steps and Small Groups as the path to connection and growth.
    • Evaluate every environment to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with church standards.
    • Collaborate with worship, production, and guest experience leaders to ensure a seamless, life-giving weekend experience.


Dream Team: Responsible for leading, equipping, and empowering Dream Team members across English and Spanish service environments to serve with excellence, purpose, and joy. Build a healthy volunteer culture marked by strong leadership, clear communication, and consistent preparation for every weekend.

    • Establish and maintain high standards for all ministry teams, ensuring readiness, excellence, and alignment across every Spanish and English environment.
    • Oversee weekly team preparation to ensure all ministries are staffed, trained, and equipped for weekend services.
    • Recruit, train, and develop Dream Team members through intentional relationships, ongoing coaching, and practical equipping.
    • Partner with the Next Steps and Leadership Academy processes to help people move from attending to serving and into leadership roles.
    • Foster a culture of ownership and encouragement where every team member feels valued, supported, and motivated to make a difference.
    • Collaborate with staff and key leaders weekly to ensure Dream Team coverage, schedules, and communication are organized and effective.



Care and Connection: Responsible for fostering a culture of care, connection, and belonging across the campus, including both English and Spanish service environments, ensuring every person feels known, supported, and spiritually cared for. Lead teams and systems that help people move from attendance to community through intentional follow-up and relationships.

    • Provide pastoral care and counseling to individuals and families as needed or directed.
    • Perform weddings, funerals, hospital visits, and other pastoral responsibilities as requested.
    • Ensure care needs are met with compassion and timely follow-up, maintaining accurate documentation within church systems.
    • Oversee and manage the on-call rotation for pastoral support, ensuring availability and responsiveness.
    • Help individuals get connected to Small Groups and the Dream Team, fostering a pathway to deeper community and engagement.
    • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with high-level and influential leaders within the church and local community, fostering trust, partnership, and shared vision.
    • Complete all assigned follow-ups and contacts promptly through the church database (PCO).
    • Cultivate a warm, high-touch culture of care where people are valued, encouraged, and equipped to grow in faith and relationship.


Events and Conferences: Responsible for leading campus participation and engagement in all churchwide events and conferences designed to help people connect, grow, and take next steps-especially connection to Small Groups. Work collaboratively with the Central Team to ensure every event is executed with excellence, alignment, and strong campus involvement.
