Positions may be contract/1099 or W2. Contract roles require a minimum of 12 hours per week facilitating group sessions and individual/family sessions.

W2 roles require full‐time availability with some evenings and Saturdays. We seek clinicians versed in a variety of modalities who provide sophisticated, relational care. Successful candidates are committed to improving clients' mental health and well‐being, practice self‐care, and deliver high‐quality care daily.

About You Well‐versed in multiple modalities and confident integrating them into treatment (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI preferred) Comfortable working with children, teens, young adults, and adults Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting groups Collaborative team player Creative and engaging over video Available to work evenings to accommodate client schedules Qualifications Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (all disciplines accepted) Experience with clients across all age groups Master's degree in mental health or related field Availability: 12–40 hours per week (1099) or 40 hours per week (W2) Familiarity with cloud‐based communication tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes software Admissions Team Supports You Scheduling aligned with your availability All non‐session client communications handled by the Admissions Support Team Billing and insurance inquiries managed by Admissions Full‐time outreach and marketing staff to keep your schedule full Equal Opportunity & EEO Statements We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
