Supports the Site Coordinator in the implementation and daily operation of the YMCA Reads/Bright Pathways after-school program serving up to 32 students - assisting with literacy instruction, academic support, structured enrichment, student supervision, attendance monitoring, and program operations. Scheduled hours align with each school's dismissal time across the same 32-week program cycle.
